Important Policies
Limits on Use
- Customers can only use the storage unit to store personal property.
- No business activities, living beings, unreasonable risks, waste, nuisances, alcohol, drugs, or overnight stays are allowed.
Access Outside Business Hours
- Occupants may request permission for after-hours access for specific purposes, subject to DML’s discretion.

- Prohibited items include toxic, reactive, corrosive, hazardous, or dangerous substances.
Vehicle Storage and Liability
- Vehicle Insurance: Vehicles stored in the facility are not insured by DML.
- Liability: Contractors renting storage units are responsible for any injuries sustained by their employees during loading, unloading, or other activities on the premises. DML is not liable for such incidents.
